Start the conversation

Helping people heal — before it's too late.

Whether it's drugs, alcohol, depression, feeling completely lost — or a drive to become better at something you're already good at — the first step is a conversation.

Write quietly here — your message comes straight to me, and only I will read it.

What to expect

Questions people ask before reaching out.

Reaching out is the hardest step for most people. Here's what to expect — plainly, and without pressure.

Not at all. Some people call me in their hardest moment; others call because they're doing well and want to become their best selves. Both conversations are welcome, and both get the same care.

We talk — that's it. You tell me what's going on, I ask a few gentle questions, and together we figure out what the next step looks like. No pressure, no commitment, and nothing is set in motion until you say so.

No. I work with families in all kinds of crisis — addiction, depression, behavioral struggles, and transitions — and with people who simply want coaching to grow. The goal is the same in every case: clarity, dignity, and a workable plan.

I'm based in New York City and work throughout Kansas City as well, with clients nationwide — in person or by phone and video, whatever fits the situation.

Yes. What you share with me stays between us. Families trust me with their most difficult moments, and discretion is part of the work.
